Chris Penn, the voice of the corrupt Los Santos Police Officer Eddie Pulaski in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, was found dead in an apartment in Santa Monica, CA this morning. Police do not suspect foul play.
Penn, the younger brother of Sean Penn, was also in films including Resevoir Dogs, True Romance, Rush Hour, and Starsky and Hutch.
