Rockstar Sued Again Over Hot Coffee Scandal

Rockstar Sued Again Over Hot Coffee Scandal

None

In the last week or so, Take-Two has had a few hard blows with a fire in one of the New York studios and the death of actor Chris Penn who voiced a cop in GTA: San Andreas. Now, a lawsuit has been filed against Rockstar, of whom Take-Two is the parent company, by the Los Angeles city attorney’s office.

Rockard Delgadillo, the Los Angeles City Attorney, is accusing the publisher of deliberately withholding information that would have kept GTA: San Andreas off the shelves of major retailers. They also charge Rockstar for blaming hackers for creating code that was found to be programmed by the developers. Delgadillo is demanding Take-Two pay fines and return $10 million in profit.

We will keep you posted as the story unfolds.
