The bill proposed in Iowa that would have imposed more restrictions on the sale of violent video games has failed.
“As much as I would like to run (with the video game bill), there is some First Amendment issues that those…present,” commented House Public Safety Committee Chairman Clel Baudler to the Des Moines Register.
