It is still possible that the Hot Coffee fiasco is not over yet. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) are several agencies that may still investigate Take-Two Interactive. The FTC could go after Take-Two for indecency, false advertising, and the lack of an exchange program not that the game has been rerated. Alleged insider stock trading among certain Take-Two executives could be subject to SEC scrutiny as well.
