Take-Two Interactive is hoping to go after game modders or the creators of the Action Replay and other similar devices that can be used to modify games.
The company has stated that it reserves the right to take legal action against the people and companies involved in unlocking the mature content that resulted in Grand Theft Auto:San Andreas receiving an AO (Adults Only) rating.
Take-Two has written in a press release that it is “exploring its legal options as it relates to companies that profited from creating and distributing tools for altering the content of (GTA:SA).”
