We have been anxiously awaiting a release of the Nintendo DS Lite in the Americas. Nintendo has now announced that we will be seeing the system on June 11 for $129.99. Polar white will be the color that the handheld debuts in for the US.
If you haven’t already heard the specifics, the DS Lite is two-thirds the size of the original DS and twenty percent lighter. The two screens can be adjusted to four levels to adapt to different lighting conditions and to extend battery power.
