None

In a statement to the House of Representatives Subcommittee on Commerce, Trade, and Consumer Protection, Patricia Vance, President of the ESRB, has announced that the ESRB has raised the fine for failing to disclose objectionable material during the game-ratings process to $1 million dollars. In addition, repeat offenders could have their ratings services revoked entirely.

This announcement follows the settlement between the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Rockstar Games over the Hot Coffee scandal.
