Take-Two, apparently comprised of all the people who nearly lived at the principal’s office in school, has not only received grand jury subpoenas this week, but is also being sued.
Roger Hill, the former actor, is suing the company over their use of his likeness in the video game, The Warriors. Hill is requesting $250,000 and a court order barring the use of his likeness.
Take-Two has responded that they have “a valid third-party license for the rights to use Roger Hill’s likeness and character of Cyrus in the ‘Warriors’ video game and related marketing materials.”
