After deliberating for three hours on Tuesday morning, a jury has recommended the death sentence for Troy Victorino, 29, and Jerone Hunter, 20, and life in prison for Micheal Salas, 20. The men were convicted on six counts of first-degree murder for beating six victims to death with aluminum baseball bats.
The murders happened after Erin Belanger, 22, asked Victorino to leave her grandmother’s home and would not give him his belongings, including an Xbox.
