Famitsu has managed to extract more information about Resident Evil 5 for our curious minds in an interview with Jun Takeuchi, Capcom producer.
The game will include improved visuals, facial animation, expressions, and emotions. Along with improved visuals, real-world physics will drastically improve the game. Interactive environments and puzzle solving will allow for more releastic interaction with the game. The environment is expected to play a much larger role in RE5. Environmental changes like temperature shifts will also create a more realistic game.
Capcom is still considering whether to develop their own proprietary engine or license an existing one.
