Alternate History WWII FPS Announced

None The video game world has plenty of World War II games to choose from, but now Spark Unlimited, the studio behind Call of Duty: Finest Hour, has released a new World War II first-person shooter called Fall of Liberty.
Rather than taking players through a re-enactment of the war, Fall of Liberty creates an alternate history where Winston Churchill dies in 1936, three years before the commencement of WWII.  Without him, the Nazis occupy Great Britain.  After conquering Europe, they then invade the U.S. in 1951.  They hold the country captive by occupying Washington DC and threatening Manhattan with nuclear attack.
The company wanted to give players “a realistic vision of an alternative world history…something radically different than typical WWII scenarios as the player is not cast as the liberator of Europe but as a defender of freedom in enemy-occupied America.”
The game is set to release in the fourth quarter in Europe for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
