Pyschologist Defends Insanity Plea in GTA Triple Murder Case

Pyschologist Defends Insanity Plea in GTA Triple Murder Case

None

Psychologist Marianne Rosenzweig who testified yesterday at alleged killer and GTA-addicted Devin Moore’s trial, suggested that he suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). She came to the conclusion after conducting numerous tests and interviewing Moore ten times. Rosenzweig suggested that Moore is withdrawn and likely to “make decisions based on emotion rather than thinking them through first.”

The defense in the case suggests that Moore’s rampage which involved killing 2 police officers and a dispatcher in a Fayette, AL police station in June 2003 was brought on by his PTSD as a result of childhood abuse. They also contend that his addiction to Grand Theft Auto 3 and Vice City contributed to his insanity at the time the impromptu murders were commited.
