You may have thought Jack Thompson had disappeared into the background, but unfortunately the lawyer has resurfaced in a lawsuit against Rockstar’s newest game, Bully. Thompson has hauled the game to court in Florida and is claiming that the game is a public nuisance. A nuisance is defined as something that “tends to annoy the community, injures the health of the citiens in general, or corrupts the public morals.”
The court case is proceeding and currently the judge is in his chambers while he watches Bully to determine if Thompson has any standing.
