After Jack Thompson’s attempt to get Bully banned from sale by a Florida judge, Take-Two Interactive, the publisher of the title, has set in motion a request to have Thompson found in contempt of court.
If found in contempt, Thompson could be subject to fines, judicial admonishment, censure, or jail time.
