Spike TV has announced that Samuel L. Jackson will host the 4 th annual 2006 Video Game Awards on December 13. The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion has received the most VGA nominations with ten to it’s name. Winners will be determined by voting between the Video Game Industry Voting Council and consumer voting.
