Spike TV has announced that Samuel L. Jackson will host the 4 th annual 2006 Video Game Awards on December 13. The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion has received the most VGA nominations with ten to it’s name. Winners will be determined by voting between the Video Game Industry Voting Council and consumer voting. “This year’s show will be all about bringing the games alive on screen, huge world premiers and game inspired performances that will blow the roof off of our biggest event yet,” commented Casey Patterson, Executive Producer of the VGAs and Senior Vice President of Event Production and Talent Development for Spike TV. “There is nobody cooler than our returning host, gamer god Sam Jackson, to lead the virtual madness.”
