None THQ, the popular developer of the WWE series, has announced that it has reached a deal with the Ultimate Fighting Championship to secure rights to the brand through 2011. The agreement will span all console and portable systems, in addition to PC and certain mobile content. In the past, Crave Entertainment and TDK Mediactive have published UFC titles. The games were unsuccessful. THQ has secured the UFC license as its agreement with the WWE is deteriorating. WWE sued THQ in 2004, accusing the publisher of using bribes to obtain the WWE license. THQ was sued again in October of 2006 for allegedly having improper sales in Asia.
