Konami Announces New DDR for the Wii

None Konami has announced the merging of two of the most popular forms of interactive video game entertainment with its new game Dance Dance Revolution Hottest Party for the Wii. The game will use the traditional DDR dance pad and the Wii-mote in conjunction to require players to match controller movements with the Wii-mote and Nunchuk while keeping up with the DDR dance steps. The game will have free play and work out modes, but will also include a new mode that challenges players to synchronize their dancing moves. A new support mode and an updated battle mode will also be featured. The game will support up to four person multiplayer. A new soundtrack with songs from as far back as the 60s will keep players grooving. The game is scheduled for a 2007 release.
