None Perrin Kaplan of Nintendo has officially confirmed that the company will no longer be producing GameCubes. In addition, no further games will be created for the system. Yet, Nintendo reminds people that the GameCube is a “great starter system” and all purchased GameCube games are compatible on the Wii.
