Microsoft and Bungie Studios have confirmed the first details for the release of Halo 3. Gamers will have the choice between Standard Edition, Limited Edition, and Legendary Edition.
If you only want the game, you can purchase the Standard Edition for $59.99. But if you want more, Microsoft is prepared to offer you more.
The Limited Edition will be available in a metal case and will include a disc that provides exclusive, behind-the-scenes footage and videos, including a high-definition “Making of Halo 3” documentary.
Finally, Legendary Edition can be purchased for (brace yourselves) $129.99. This edition will only be available in limited quantities and will come with a collectible Spartan helmet case, along with two bonus discs full of supplemental content. The first disc will be the same as the disc included with the Limited Edition. The second disc includes completely remastered cinematic material from “Halo: Combat Evolved” and “Halo 2.” In addition, this version will feature a collection of Halo 3 storyboard art from Lee Wilson depicting key moments and pivotal scenes from the Halo movie.
