Former U.S. president Jimmy Carter’s grandson, Jeremy Carter, 18, has been arrested for breaking into an acquaintance’s home to steal his video game console. In addition, marijuana was found in Carter’s shoe and alcohol on his breath. He was discovered hiding under the bed in a neighborhood of $700,000 homes.

Burglary charges were dropped and he plead guilty to theft. Jeremy will have to serve thirty days of house arrest and be on probation for three years.
