Devin Moore, Killer and Game Player, Sentenced to Death

Devin Moore, the twenty year-old who killed two police officers and a police dispatcher in Fayette, Alabama, was sentenced to death by the jury.

The jury voted 10-2 in favor of death by lethal injection. The jury’s decision cannot be turned into a sentence unless Judge James Moore issues it. Devin Moore’s fate will be decided on September 20, 2005.

Now that the criminal case has been resolved, a civil suit filed by Jack Thompson against Sony, Take-Two Interactive, Wal-Mart and GameStop can begin.
