Jack Thompson has resurfaced in the news this week for the suit filed against him by Take-Two and his consequent countersuit .
Yet, the fun doesn’t end there. Thompson is threatening to sue marble maker Wonderstone due to his belief that marbles are dangerous for children.
“People treat marbles like they are all fun and games, but kids learn violent behavior just from playing with marbles at a young age. Marbles can be used in a variety of violent ways including throwing at other children and setting them in the paths of other children for them to trip over. Marbles are also a serious choking hazard,” Thompson alleges.
He hopes to win the lawsuit and force Wonderstone to only sell their wares to adults. No comment has been made by the marble make yet.
