Since Sony announced the high price of the PlayStation 3, gamers have been voicing their opinion by grumbling and ultimately purchasing other systems. The voice of the people may be working.
“We are re-examining our budgeting process in terms of pricing and volume,” Ryoji Chubachi, Sony’s President, commented about the PS3. “Sales assumptions change and the market is competitive. We are in the midst of revisiting our strategy for the PS3.”
