At gaming blog Joystiq, there is an advertisement claiming that Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare will debut this weekend during the ESPN coverage of the NFL Draft on Saturday at 10am PST, 1pm EST. This new addition to the series is described as taking the gameplay “into the modern era, where you’ll serve as part of the U.S. Army, U.S. Marines, and British S.A.S. to take on terrorists loyal to an aggressive Middle Eastern dictator.”
Hopefully we’ll see the game’s unveiling while watching all the latest future candidates for the “Madden Curse.”
