Dawn Gilbert claims that Sony stole her ideas. She claims that she applied for a job with Sony in 2002 and included some of her ideas in her handwritten application. Allegedly some of her ideas included commercials, show ideas, the movie “Dragon King” and even the popular game series Grand Theft Auto. To protest, Ms. Gilbert has been calling Sony in protest and has recorded over one hundred telephone messages between March and July of 2006.
Despite a restraining order, Ms. Gilbert resumed her calls again in February 2007, although she stated that she believed the restraining order had been dismissed since Sony had dismissed the case in 2006.
Ms. Gilbert is seeking $777 billion dollars for her “pilfered” ideas.
