Cloak and Dagger During the Code War?*

Cloak and Dagger During the Code War?*

None

Secret codes that transmit secret information to and from various hostile countries have been discovered embedded in video games. These codes are nested within the codes used in the programming of popular video games. Once these games reach the hands of international spies or terrorist, the codes are extracted and deciphered. The sensitive information is then relayed to top secret agencies in the corresponding country’s government or worse yet – sleeper terrorist cells.

The CIA claims that this is the perfect way for terrorists living in America to receive information from their leaders. Video games have been the perfect medium for this exchange of information since the codes are virtually impossible to detect to the untrained official. Vince Conners, of the Society for Electronic Monitoring, says this that may have been going on since the days of the Atari. Conners says that these spies, or terrorists, will actually have to play the games to crack these codes since they have to be unlocked. For this reason he recommends that kids report anyone that is different looking and playing a videogame. All people of different religions, races, and creed should always be eyed with suspicion – that’s how it’s done in Canada . Also, anyone playing a video game and wearing a long, black trenchcoat should be reported to the authorities immediately.

Conners also goes on to say that some of the secret information that the Society for Electronic Monitoring has intercepted is mind numbing. “We can’t believe that spies were able to get this information. What’s worse is that they are passing it on to others in their organization. We are all in very grave danger,” he laments.

Conners says that not only have they reported on the location of various top secret naval bases but they have also revealed the Colonel’s secret 11 herbs and spices used in the making of Kentucky Fried Chicken. Other secrets revealed include the identity of the banker on Deal or No Deal, the whereabouts of Waldo, why the TV show According to Jim is still on the air, and the astounding discovery that Paris Hilton actually said something that could be construed as intelligent.

“This information in the wrong hands could have devastating consequences,” warns Conners. “Imagine an entire generation growing up and actually believing that Jim Belushi is funny.”
