In celebration of their Monster Hunt games, Capcom is sponsoring a real life monster hunt in the rainforests of Guyana. Instead of the varied monsters in their games, this monster hunt is for giant anacondas and the “didi”, which is the South American version of Bigfoot and is believed to possess sharp claws and a lot of body hair.
Members of The Centre for Fortean Zoology will be conducting the monster hunt with Capcom sponsoring the expedition. The CFZ is an organization that specializes in hunting out unknown and mythological beasts.
We’ll keep you posted in the event that Capcom discovers some heretofore unknown monster.
