Jack Thompson, the infamous anti-game attorney, apparently won’t get disbarred this year if at all.
Thompson’s case, which will determine whether or not he is disbarred due to misconduct, will resume today and is expected to conclude today as well. However, before making a ruling, the judge presiding over the case, Judge Dava Tunis, will have to study the transcripts of the proceedings. She has already predicted that the process will likely delay her decision until spring of 2008.
