Child Killed By Teens “Imitating” Mortal Kombat

In a tragic turn of events, a 7-year old girl was killed by a pair of babysitting teenagers that claimed to be emulating Mortal Kombat.

Lamar Roberts, 17, and Heather Trujillo, 16 were babysitting Heather’s younger sister, Zoe Garcia earlier this month.  According to reports, the trio began emulating some of the moves from Mortal Kombat, resulting in terminal injuries for the child.

Trujillo stated that Roberts, who was reputedly drunk”punched [Zoe] in the stomach, karate chopped her lower arms, punched and pinched the victim’s thighs, kicked her in the shins, slapped her stomach and buttocks and poked at the victim’s chest.”

Both Trujillo and Roberts are facing murder charges.
