Class Action Suit Started Against Microsoft for Xbox Live Problems

None

A class action suit has been filed against Microsoft because of problems with their Xbox Live service, which has been having problems since the holidays due to the large number of users.

The suit, which was filed by complainants Shannon Smith, Keith Kay, and Orlando Perez, is charging Microsoft with breach of contract, breach of warranty, and negligent misrepresentation.

Microsoft has already issued a statement concerning the Xbox Live problems and has promised users inconvenienced by the spotty performance a free Xbox Live Arcade game as compensation, although no details have been revealed as to what or which games will be offered or how soon they will be available.
