The Tokyo Game Show has been rescheduled from the traditional September dates to the second week in October. E3’s Eastern counterpart is set to take place from October 9-12 of 2008. The first two days of the event will be reserved for industry movers and shakers only, while the 11th and 12th will be opened up to the public. The cause for the move in dates may be due to lower than expected daily attendance numbers at last year’s convention despite record breaking attendance overall.
