Conveniently, with the release of fallen Gizmondo executive Stefan Eriksson from jail, the Gizmondo website hosted a flash piece that proclaimed the failed handheld would rise from its own ashes sometime in 2008. A brand so tarnished should probably think twice. Finally, the rumor mill has churned out an interesting tidbit. Netflix may try and stream not only to Macs, but also to videogame consoles. The likelihood of this happening via Xbox LIVE is next to zero, but it may indeed prove to be an interesting pitch for Sony execs to mull over. |
