Pitfall: The Big Adventure is being developed by Edge of Reality for Activision. The game will be a Wii exclusive as it utilizes the motion controls during action sequences. The new Pitfall will be set in Peru and take gamers through more than 60 levels of varying terrain. In addition to jumping, swinging, and finding treasure, puzzle solving is going to be a key component of play. The game will most likely release this fall. We do not know if this is scheduled to see a full retail release or if it will be offered via WiiWare.
