The folks at Taito have announced that Space Invaders Get Even will launch later this Summer as a WiiWare title. Originally scheduled for full media release, Space Invaders Get Even should find its way into more homes by skipping the middleman. The new Space Invaders title will put you in control of the invading alien force instead of the humans. You will control waves of craft and attempt to destroy the Earthling cities. Additionally, each level will contain a boss who needs to be destroyed before the time limit is exceeded.
