Think you have enough solid gaming news on the horizon with E3? Guess again! This year’s Paris GDC promises to leave you with a few Easter eggs. Stay tuned for more info next week. Here are the vital statistics of the 2008 conference:

WHAT: Paris Game Developers Conference presents more than 50 sessions, three keynotes, expo floor, and a press conference.

WHEN: Monday, June 23– 8:00AM – 6:30PM; Tuesday, June 24 – 8:30-6:30PM

WHERE: Coeur Défense Convention Centre, 110, esplanade du General de Gaulle, 92400 Courbevoie, France

WHO: Keynotes include:

• Monday at 10:10AM – Mark Healey and Alex Evans, Co-Founders of Media Molecule, “Media Molecule, Little Team, Big Ideas”

• Tuesday at 10:10AM – Ben Cousins, Executive Producer of EA DICE’s Battlefield franchise, “Scenes from the Battlefield: The Present and Future of Core and Casual”

• Tuesday at 5:30PM – Rob Pardo, Blizzard Entertainment’s Senior Vice President of Game Design, “In the Eye of the Blizzard: A Keynote Q&A with Rob Pardo”

Press Conference:

• Monday at 11:30AM in Room Athena 3

About Paris GDC

Paris GDC, the second French edition of the Game Developers Conference programmed by Connection Events and Think Services, will bring together top developers from the European community and abroad, who are eager to share their experience, exchange ideas, and show the latest innovations in current -generation of game development. The two-day conference offers more than 50 sessions, research sessions, and a series of master classes all focusing on state-of-the-art current generation console and PC development, including multi-platform development. The content is structured according to five disciplines: Programming/Coding, Game Design, Visual Arts, Production and Business/Management.
