What? We’re serious! According to BioWare’s Miles Holmes via Gamesindustry.biz, the AAA developer is looking to translate its franchise to Nintendo’s handheld. “We have a lot of big plans for Mass Effect. Having a DS version would be an awesome way to keep interest alive and keep it going in addition [to Mass Effect 2]”. On the surface, this seems completely preposterous. However, keep in mind that BioWare has been diligently creating Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood for the handheld and is quite pleased with the platform. Maybe Mass Effect on DS isn’t so crazy after all.
