Mirror’s Edge Leaps Onto PSN September 25

First-person platformer Mirror’s Edge will be available for download on the PlayStation Network on September 25, Sony has confirmed.

No details about a price point or availability outside of North America were given.

The game is already available for download on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace, Steam, and Origin, with the former costing $14.99, and the latter two priced at $19.99.

Developed by DICE, Mirror’s Edge was originally released in 2008 to decent but not spectacular sales. It’s since developed a rabid following, with many fans clamoring for a sequel. No such luck yet, but publisher EA has stated that it has not killed the franchise outright in the past, so there is hope.
