Female Fighters Joining the Roster of EA Sports UFC

Women can kick ass too, and EA knows this. Thus, EA Sports UFC will be the first UFC game to feature professional female fighters. Some of the fighters included will be UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey and top bantamweight contender Meisha Tate. Both Rousey and Tate will be the first female coaches on the upcoming season of The Ultimate Fighter, which is sure to provide a big publicity boost to the game.     “This is a great moment for videogames and for mixed martial arts,” said Dean Richards, EA Sports UFC general manager said. “In our commitment to delivering the most realistic fighting experience ever achieved, we wanted to represent the full spectrum of talent and diversity of all the fighters in the sport, including women who have become an undeniable force to be reckoned with.”
