Princess Peach Confirmed for Super Smash Bros. Wii U

Princess Peach Confirmed for Super Smash Bros. Wii U

Everyone is eagerly waiting for the next entry in the Smash Bros. series. Several think it is going to be the killer app that sells the Wii U. Unfortunately, we still haven’t been able to play the title. Nintendo only had a guided demo available at E3 and didn’t even let us touch the controls. So it’s hard to get hype about the game itself, but we can still get hype about the roster.   For example, Princess Peach has been confirmed as an entrant in the new Smash Bros. title. The official Smash Bros. website uploaded a picture of the character, doing her forward air-crown smash move. She will be joining Mario, Luigi, Donkey Kong, Link, Samus, Mega Man, Wii Fit Trainer, and Animal Crossing villager as one of the new Smash combatants. It’s not particularly surprising that Peach was added to the roster, being that she was added to both Melee and Brawl, but it’s nice to have confirmation nonetheless.
