One of the most fun parts of each Marvel movie is seeing how Stan Lee can gratuitously insert himself into the action. Unfortunately, it looks as if his streak of Marvel Movie cameos is coming to an end, as he will not be showing up in The Guardians of the Galaxy . According to Lee, he would be out of place in the movie because The Guardians of the Galaxy wasn’t one of his creations.
“This is the one group I didn’t create,” Lee said on an episode of the DweebCast. “I didn’t write Guardians of the Galaxy . I’m not even sure who they all are! I can’t wait to see the movie.” The episode also talked about Lee’s new cartoon, The Mighty 7 . Lee calls it a “reality based animated program.” It has a cast of superheroes interacting with real life locations and people, like Stan Lee himself!
