One of the reasons why the Wii U is failing as a console is because it’s kind of treated as lesser than the PS4 and the Xbox One. Games will come out on all three systems, but the Wii U will always lag behind its older brothers, like a red headed stepchild. Our apologies to all the red heads out there.
This is exactly what is happening to Watch Dogs , the game that, frankly, no one has any idea about anymore. It was delayed, scammed into losing its trademark, and had its fair share of release bundle drama. While it’s still on track, Ubisoft confirmed that the Wii U version will come out far behind all other versions of the game. The Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3, and PC versions of the game will all come out at once. However, the Wii U version of the game will come out sometime between April and June 2014.
We all give the Wii U a hard time, but honestly it’s not the console’s fault. If developers aren’t going to treat it as equal with the PS4 and Xbox One, then gamers won’t either.
