You would be forgiven if you don’t particularly remember Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate . This interesting 2.5D platformer was a companion game to the actual Batman: Arkham Origins . It came out on the 3DS and Vita, but was mostly looked over by both the handheld and the console crowd. Well now, it appears as if WB Games is looking to give the platformer a second chance, as listings for the game have been found on the Xbox Game Store.
Listed as an HD deluxe edition, Blackgate is slated for a March 25 th release on the Xbox. The game was also noted as showing up on “portal stats” pages for Steam, which is odd as a Steam release for the game hasn’t been announced. There have been no official announcements of an HD release for Blackgate yet, but these leaks are pretty solid. We wouldn’t be surprised to see Blackgate hitting more traditional console platforms sometime in the near future.
