There has been quite a bit of controversy surrounding Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes lately. Many people are saying that it only takes about 2 hours to complete the game. Others are saying that isn’t the case. That’s just the amount of time it takes if you don’t do any sidequests or exploration. Well we are here to tell you that all of these people are wrong. Actually, Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes can be completed in about 10 minutes.
No really, that’s all it takes. This was proven by Eurogamer, who posted a run of the game that fell under the 10 minute mark. The player wasn’t even particularly trying to speed run the game, and he makes numerous errors. All he did was skip cutscenes and push forward toward the very end of the game.
So there’s your answer. If you push forward toward the end of the game without doing any side content you are in for a 10 minute game. Is that worth your while?
