Yesterday, A Divekick rep confirmed over Twitter that the Divekick Addition Edition is expected to launch on both the PS3 and PC today. A PS Vita version of the game is also expected to arrive shortly afterward.
Divekick Addition Edition will function as a free update for those who already own the original Divekick on PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, and PC. The update includes a new character, balance changes, bug fixes, and character tweaks. A full list of the changes can be seen at the official Divekick forums page.
Divekick developer Iron Galaxy Studios made headlines recently when it was revealed that they would be taking over season two of Microsoft’s Killer Instinct video game. Additionally, they are also working on both PS4 and Xbox One versions of Divekick. The decision to bring this game to next-gen consoles is a smart one because it will allow plenty of new audiences to experience the game if they might have missed out on it before.
