Battlefield 4 Platoons Receives New Improvements

Battlefield 4 Platoons Receives New Improvements

Battlefield 4’s Platoons new update is said to make it even easier for you to to connect and play with your Platoon members. The new improvements that come with this update will enable you to keep track of all your Platoon members across different servers.

The Platoons feature–which was made available for Early Access back in January, and it was later released in full last month–allows for you to get together in large numbers, presumably to wreck havoc across different maps in coordinated battle.

With the introduction of this update, you’ll now be able to see what servers your Platoon members are playing in. If you head on to the Platoons section on Battlelog, there will be a new tab available titled “Servers”. In this tab, you’ll be presented with a list of all your Platoon members that are currently playing Battlefield 4 , and along with their portraits will be the server in which they’re playing in. From here, you’ll be able to jump in and help your Platoon members out if you so desire.

What’s more, the member cap of a Platoon has been increased and is now based on what rank your Battlefield 4 soldier has reached. For example, if you’ve reached rank 5, your Platoon member cap will be 150. If you reach rank 10, it’ll then be 200.

For the full list of improvements that come with this update, you can head on over to the Battlelog Forums to find out more.
