Choose Between Stealth or Carnage when Playing Wolfenstein: The New Order

Simply titled “Sealth vs. Mayhem”, on Tuesday, April 29 a recently published gameplay trailer on GameSpot’s official YouTube channel showcased two routes of engagement you can choose from when playing Machine Games’ upcoming shooter Wolfenstein: The New Order .

The title of the trailer being self-explanatory, the trailer–presented with accompanying lighthearted music–shows two differing paths where one instance chose to go stealthy and sneaky and the other chose to go loud and proud. When being sneaky, you can utilize throwing knives, silenced pistols, lockpicks and the environment to to get around silence your Nazi assailants. When being loud, you can dual-wield assault rifles, slide your way feet-first into battle, needlessly throw grenades within close proximity of yourself, and just generally utilize your lustful catharsis to obliterate your enemies.

Wolfenstein: The New Order cropped up on Steam for pre-order recently, with a pricetag of £34.99, or your regional equivalent. Pre-ordering the title will offer you two Team Fortress 2 exclusive items and access to the upcoming DOOM Beta when it becomes available on Steam.

The Panzerhund Edition of the title was announced on Wednesday, March 26. The bundle includes an eight-inch fully articulated hand-painted Panzerhund statue and base, a classified folder containing salvaged secret war documents including maps, case files, letters, blueprints and an x-ray and more. The Panzerhund Edition is priced at $100 and has 5,000 units worldwide, but the bundle will not include a copy of Wolfenstein: The New Order .

Wolfenstein: The New Order is slated to drop on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on May 20 worldwide . Check out our Austin Wood’s preview of the title here .
