It’s looking more and more like Telltale’s award winning game, The Walking Dead , will be coming to next generation consoles. Listings for The Walking Dead: Game of the Year Edition , have spotted on Amazon UK, slated for a July 25 th release. Gamefly and Gamestop also list the game, though they both list it as a July 31 st release. July 31 st is a Thursday and the 25 th is a Friday, neither the normal day of the week for new video game releases.
As far as content goes, it looks like the GOTY Edition will be exactly the same as the version that is already out on current gen consoles. You will be getting all five episodes and the 400 days DLC, however you will not be getting any new content.
Telltale has not yet commented on this rumor.
