Kevin Conroy Might Have Unmasked Batman: Arkham Knight’s Release Date

Kevin Conroy Might Have Unmasked Batman: Arkham Knight’s Release Date

It seems that Batman might not be as good at keeping secrets as we thought. In an interview with Groovey.tv , voice actor Kevin Conroy casually revealed Batman: Arkham Knight’s upcoming release date, which, if confirmed, is awesome news for us but annoying news for Rocksteady and Warner Bros.

According to Gameranx, Conroy dropped the date about five minutes into the interview. He also explained that Batman: Arkham Knights had to be delayed so that Rocksteady could polish it before the game’s January 2015 release window.

“It was supposed to come out in January, we were working on it for a year and a half, it’s still not done so it’s going to come out next January but I know everyone’s frustrated,” explained Conroy. “The reason it’s been delayed is because it’s so awesome.”

Keep in mind that neither Warner Bros. nor Rocksteady has confirmed this new release window. Still, I’m glad that the delay will produce a polished Batman game. Even though Batman: Arkham Knight isn’t getting the release date it needs, it’s at least getting the one it deserves. Maybe it’s the other way around.
