The Last of Us: Remastered at 60fps on PS4 feels “Amazing”

As reported by PlayStation Universe on Saturday, June 21, a couple of members from Naughty Dog, the developer behind the forthcoming PlayStation 4-exclusive The Last of Us: Remastered , have claimed that the current-gen console re-release feels “ amazing ” at 60 frames per second.

Tweeting their experiences with the enhanced version of the original PlayStation 3-exclusive, combat designer Anthony Newman touts that playing The Last of Us at 60 frames per second is worth the double dip, and Uncharted 4’s lead game designer Kurt Margenau revealed that even the game’s cutscenes will run at 60 frames per second.

Ok so TLOU at 60fps is a little weird at first, but once you’re used to it it feels *amazing*. Double dip is worth!

Played some #TLOU at 60 fps tonight for the first time (60fps cutscenes and all). Transformitive. I’m a believer. Don’t think I can go back.
