Published via YouTube on Monday, July 14, the official trailer for Battlefield 4’s “ Dragon’s Teeth ” DLC commemorates its launch for Battlefield 4 Premium members, which is now available as of Tuesday, July 15.
For non-premium players, the DLC will become available near the end of the month on Tuesday, July 29.
“ Battlefield 4 Dragon’s Teeth is an infantry focused expansion pack with urban all-out war in dense Asian Pacific cities. Available on July 15 for Battlefield 4 Premium members and July 29 for all, ” reads the trailer’s description.
Offering four new maps and a few new items and features, Dragon’s Teeth sets players in a dense, urban setting in the Asia Pacific that is said to introduce unique environments and gameplay. The new maps have been detailed below.
Lumphini Garden: Cruise with fast-moving PWC’s on the canals in the pristine park to get the upper hand.
Pearl Market: Wage wars within the bustling alleyways and upon the rooftops of the marketplace.
Propaganda: Fight among massive despotic monuments in the grey concrete battleground.
Sunken Dragon: Battle between modern high rises as you wreak havoc in a floating restaurant or drain the lake opening up for a frontal vehicle assault.
The new things that’ll also be introduced with Dragon’s Teeth include a new gadget, the ballistic shield; the R.A.W.R., an armored remote ground vehicle; and five new weapons.
The new feature, “Chain Link”, is a new game mode that will offer players a twist on the fan-favorite Conquest mode, where squads fight to link up capture points in order to win.
